I have filled in my registration form but I can't log-in to LiveWire Campaign

My database is just name and email address but it seems that I have to have a number of fields completed for the file to upload. Is there any way around this?


I can’t see the unsubscribe link
The unsubscribe link for LiveWire Campaign is disabled when a test email is sent, to the registered email on your account. The unsubscribe link is also disabled when an email is sent to a single email address for a contact, who has not yet been added to your contacts list. When you send out an email campaign to a contact or contact group that you have uploaded, the unsubscribe link is featured at the bottom of each email.

Can I remove the LiveWire Campaign Logo from my email Campaigns?
The LiveWire Campaign logo can be removed from your email campaigns by purchasing a Remove LiveWire Branding voucher. This can be done in the Vouchers section of LiveWire Campaign. There are 3 types of voucher you can purchase: Remove LiveWire Branding (30 days) This voucher will remove ALL LiveWire Campaign branding from your Email Campaigns for a period of 30 days. Remove LiveWire Branding (6 months) This voucher will remove ALL LiveWire Campaign branding from your Email Campaigns for a period of 6 months with 1 month free! Remove LiveWire Branding (1 year) This voucher will remove ALL LiveWire Campaign branding from your Email Campaigns for a period of 1 year with 3 months free!

I can't upload multiple contacts
To upload multiple contacts to your contact directory, use the CSV file upload. A CSV is an Excel compatible file and contacts can be added to a CSV file in two ways: 1) You can cut and paste from an existing spreadsheet into our LiveWire Standard CSV (If you cut and paste into the LiveWire Standard CSV, ensure there are no commas in the CSV file.) 2) You can export a Microsoft Outlook CSV using your contacts. (If you export your contacts from Outlook 2003, please do not amend this file in anyway or it will not upload correctly.) How do I do this?

LiveWire Campaign has automatic image optimising functionality, set as standard for each account. This means that if you upload an image which is too large for a particular area, this image will be resized to more suitable dimensions. This is optional and can be turned off by entering your Account Settings, Selecting Edit Profile - and then ticking the 'Turn off automatic image' check box, beofre saving your details. Your images will need to be uploaded again.

None of the current email templates suit my needs. Can the LiveWire Campaign Team design a bespoke template for me?
LiveWire Campaign does offer this service at an additional cost. For a bespoke html email that is not editable, prices start from £180.00. Costs are dependent on the complexity of the requested email. For a bespoke template that you can edit and reuse as often as you like, prices start from £750.00. How can I gather email addresses?
A website plug-in / subscribe widget to allow customers to gather contacts for their account on their website is now available. LiveWire Campaign is a constantly evolving product and we aim to fulfil all of our customer’s requirements. Please keep an eye on our blog for further LiveWire Campaign updates.

How can I see detailed statistics for a campaign?
LiveWire Campaign has a Reports section which allows you to see detailed statistics on each Campaign that you send out. The Reports section includes statistics on: - Emails read - Emails opened - Emails that bounceback - Emails unopened - Click throughs (these statistics shows recipients who click on a website link in your email)

How can I send a campaign from a different address to the one I registered with?
To send a campaign from a different email address to the one registered, when the account was created you must verify a new address. You can verify a new address by visiting your accounts setting within LiveWire Campaign. Once in the accounts settings section please select Verify Email Addresses. Here you can submit the email address you wish to verify. Once you have done this an email will be sent out to the address specified. The email will need to be verified by the recipient, through selecting the verification link. When the email address has been verified, you will be able to set it as the primary address or select it from a drop down list, when editing the header of any emails that you send out.

What is the difference between ‘open’ and ‘read’ in the reports section?
LiveWire Campaign tracks the number of people who open the emails you send and the number of times each email is opened. Therefore, the statistics for emails opened show the time and date of the first time the email was opened. The statistics for emails read, show the time and date of each time the email was opened.

How can I download statistics for a campaign?
All statistics within the Reports section of LiveWire Campaign can be downloaded in CSV format. A CSV is an Excel compatible file. To view or download the detailed statistics for unsubscribes, bouncebacks, opens, reads and click throughs; click on the text links or on the graphs themselves. Download an Excel compatible file of each statistic by clicking on the CSV Download icon.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase LiveWire Campaign Pre-Pay vouchers?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase LiveWire Campaign Pre-Pay vouchers. You can make a payment via credit or debit card through the PayPal system. To purchase a voucher select the type of Pre-Pay voucher you require within the Vouchers section of LiveWire Campaign. Once you have done this you will be asked to confirm your order and then be directed to the Paypal site to make your payment.

You can purchase LiveWire Campaign Pre-Pay Vouchers with a credit or debit card. To purchase a voucher, select the type of Pre-Pay voucher you require within the Vouchers section of LiveWire Campaign. Once you have done this you will be asked to confirm your order and then be directed to the Paypal site to make your payment.

I have filled in my registration form but I can't log-in to LiveWire Campaign
When you complete the account registration form, you will be sent a verification email to the address you provided. Once you have received this, click on the verification link within the email in order to complete your registration. You will then be able to log-in to your account. NOTE: To avoid emails from LiveWire Campaign being accidentally filtered as SPAM, add LiveWire to you safe senders list.

Please download the Livewire standard .CSV file from the site. Using this format, update the required fields (first name & email address) using your contact details.You should then be able to utilise the .CSV file for your email campaigns, as requested.
