Legal Information

We hope you are delighted with LiveWire Campaign. However, should any aspect of our service disappoint you please email us at: support@livewirecampaign.co.uk.

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. you have already sent some of your email allowance). If a refund is approved, it will be actioned through the payment gateway you paid through; PayPal (for Credit Cards). Your refund will be credited to the card you made payment with minus the gateway processing costs.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 14 days have passed from the order date.

The charges we make for our services relate to specific products such as PrePay 25.

If you have purchased a PrePay voucher, and then changed your mind within 48 hours, we will return the Fees provided none of the emails have been sent, and depending on the amount of administrative time we have spent on the matter.

We cannot provide our services to all businesses, either for legal, reputational or risk reasons. If we decline to offer you an account then we shall refund all fees in full providing no emails have been sent using the service.

If we terminate your contract for any reason in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale and our contract with you we will not return any Annual, Set-up or Product Fees.

LiveWire Campaign is perfect for designers and it's easy to remove all LiveWire branding from your emails.

Non-Profit Organisations

LiveWire Campaign now offer all Non-Profit Organisations 20% Extra Quota on each voucher.
